The ideal candidates should possess excellent communication skills and customer service skills, excellent command of the English Language, be able to put patients at ease and communicate with staff of different professional levels. Good IT skills are essential. Duties will include customer care, answering calls and dealing with patients face to face, booking appointments, registration of new patients, prescription requests and general reception/administration tasks. The role will be for 37.5 hours per week, and the ideal candidates must be flexible with their days and times.
Previous experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
