The surgery works in partnership with local and NHS service providers and groups.

111 is the NHS non-emergency number. It’s fast, easy and free. Call 111 and speak to a highly trained adviser, supported by healthcare professionals. They will ask you a series of questions to assess your symptoms and immediately direct you to the best medical care for you.

NHS 111 is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Calls are free from landlines and mobile phones.

In case of a life-threatening emergency, please dial 999.

Your pharmacy may be able to treat seven common health conditions without the need to visit a GP. For example:
•Sinusitis
•Sore throat
•Earache
•Infected insect bite
•Impetigo (a bacterial skin infection)
•Shingles
•Uncomplicated urinary tract infections in women.

Please make sure you collect your maternity Prescription exemption form, you will need to send this to the Prescription Pricing Authority.

Online Services

You can use the NHS App to check your symptoms and get instant advice, book appointments, order repeat prescriptions, view your GP medical record and more.

**To have access, please complete a form available from Reception. You will need to provide photo ID.**


If you need assistance with IT issues regarding online access, logging on to Patient Access or the NHS App, please call the Surgery IT Team. The team are restricted in their abilities to rectify all problems but will assist wherever possible. If the team are unable to solve the issue, they will normally advise to email the team responsible for the apps. The Surgery IT Team are normally available from 8am-6pm Monday-Friday. Please call 020 8772 8772-Option 6.
